摘要 以化工专业为例,对高等职业教育现代学徒制改革进行讨论。分析了现代学徒制人才培养模式的构建和实施效果,发现学生学习成果显著,社会认可度不断提高;教师的“双师能力”明显提升,强化了对知识的实践应用能力;拓宽了学生的就业渠道,打通了工作上升空间;企业参与度提高,共享人才培养成果。现代学徒制是培养合格产业工人的重要途径之一,是未来高等职业院校人才培养模式的重要载体,也是我国实现产业升级的重要人才支撑来源。 Through taking chemical engineering major as an example,the study discusses the reform of modern apprenticeship in the higher vocational education,analyzes the construction and practice effect of modern apprenticeship training mode.It is found that the student’s learning effect is significant,social recognition degree is improved continuously;teacher’s“dual ability”is improved significantly,the practical application ability is strengthened;the employment channel of students is widened,the promotion is smooth;the participation degree of the enterprise is improved,and the talent cultivation results is shared.Modern apprenticeship is one of the important paths of the cultivation of qualified industrial workers.It is the important carrier of talent cultivation mode of the higher vocational college in the future,and it is also the important talent support resource of the achievement of industrial upgrade in China.
