摘要
目的:探讨实时彩超引导下温生理盐水灌肠复位治疗小儿肠套叠的临床价值。方法:以2018年1月-2020年10月上饶市立医院收治的70例肠套叠患儿为研究对象,按随机电脑数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组35例。试验组实时彩超引导下行温生理盐水灌肠复位,对照组X线引导下空气灌肠治疗。对比两组复位成功率、复发率、恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:试验组复位成功率较对照组高,复发率较对照组低(P<0.05);试验组复位时间、大便隐血持续时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时长均较对照组短(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:小儿肠套叠通过实时彩超引导下温生理盐水灌肠复位治疗效果显著,复位成功率高,复发率低,且复位与恢复时间短、并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of warm normal saline enema reduction guided by real-time color Doppler ultrasound in the treatment of pediatric intussusception.Method:A total of 70 pediatric intussusception admitted to Shangrao Municipal Hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study objects,according to the computer digital table method,these children were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The experimental group was given warm normal saline enema reduction guided by real-time color Doppler ultrasound,the control group was given air enema treatment guided by X-ray.The reset success rate,recurrence rate,recovery situation and the occurrence of complications were compared between two groups.Result:The reset success rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The reset time,duration of fecal occult blood,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and length of hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Pediatric intussusception with warm normal saline enema reduction guided by real-time color Doppler ultrasound is effective,the success rate of reduction is high,the recurrence rate is low,and the times of reduction and recovery are short and the complications are few.
