摘要
我国洪涝灾害的强度呈上升趋势,在消防救援队伍抗洪救援过程中,指挥难度大、专业指挥人才缺乏、装备建设水平不均衡,是制约消防救援队伍跨区域抗洪救灾能力提升的重要因素,而加强科学预判、创新指挥方法、完善人才培养模式、建立综合保障机制是提高消防救援队伍跨区域抗洪救灾能力的有效措施。
The intensity of flood disasters in China is on the rise.The fire rescue team is confronted with problems including difficulties in command,lack of professional command talents,and uneven level of equipment construction in the actual rescue process.The development of fire rescue teams’capability to participate in flood relief missions across regions is great restricted by such problems.To enhance the cross-regional flood relief capabilities of fire rescue teams,this paper proposes such measures as strengthening scientific prediction,innovating command methods,improving talent training models,and establishing comprehensive support mechanisms.
