摘要
为最大限度降低输变电工程建设对环境的破坏程度,提出一种新的选址选线方法。识别生态保护红线,划分环境敏感区域,利用ArcGIS软件系统将生态保护红线圈起来的区域划分为栅格,然后根据利用矢量叠置分析算法将获取到的遥感影像、气象数据、其他数据等切分至各网格单元,拟定输变电工程选址选线方案,并利用基于灰色关联投影法的选址选线决策模型评估备选方案,选出最优工程建设地址。选出的输变电工程建设地址在节约了线路架设成本的同时,也减少了对周围环境的破坏,证明了所选出的地址是最优的。
In order to minimize the environmental damage caused by the construction of power transmission and transformation projects,a new site selection method is proposed.The study identified the ecological protection red line,divided the environmentally sensitive areas,and used the ArcGIS software system to divide the area surrounded by the ecological protection red line into grids.It then cut the obtained remote sensing images,meteorological data and other data into each grid unit according to the vector overlay analysis algorithm,so as to formulate the site selection scheme of power transmission and transformation project.The alternative scheme was evaluated by using the location and route selection decision model based on grey correlation projection method.The optimal project construction address was selected.The experimental results showed that the selected construction address not only saves the line erection cost,but also reduced the damage to the surrounding environment,which proves that the selected address is the best.
