深水、动水环境下水工建筑物健康检查技术研究

摘要 随着水电站运行发电时间的不断累积,其水工建筑物的运维健康检查成了水工巡检人员的重要工作之一,其中深水、动水环境下的水工建筑物的健康检查一直是行业内的技术难题。例如,水电站的底孔门前淤积情况及结构完整情况检查,由于水深往往超过空气潜水极限深度60 m,使用常规的潜水探摸方法无法开展检查工作;水电站的尾水建筑物结构完整性检查,往往因促生产、保发电的原则,难以创造停机的静水环境,潜水员因水流扰动,无法开展水下检查工作。因此急需寻求解决深水、动水环境下的水工建筑物健康检查问题的新方法新技术。本文以构皮滩水电站放空底孔、构皮滩水电站尾水南侧边坡为典型应用场景,研究适用于类似底孔深水、尾水动水环境的水下检查技术,以多波束声呐、扫描声呐、水下无人潜航器等新技术为依托,突破传统水下探摸技术的局限性,为水工建筑物的健康诊断增添新的手段。 With the accumulation of operation time of hydropower station,the operation and maintenance health in⁃spection of hydraulic structures has become one of the more and more important work of hydraulic inspection person⁃nel.Among them,the health inspection of hydraulic structures in deep water and moving water environment has al⁃ways been a technical problem in the industry.For example,check the siltation and structural integrity in front of the bottom hole of the hydropower station.As the water depth often exceeds the air diving limit of 60m,the conventional diving exploration method cannot carry out the check.Another example is the structural integrity inspection of tailwa⁃ter buildings in hydropower stations.Due to the principle of promoting production and ensuring power generation,it is often difficult to create a static water environment for stopping.Divers cannot carry out underwater inspection due to the disturbance of water flow.Therefore,it is urgent to seek new methods and technologies to solve the health in⁃spection problems of hydraulic structures in deep water and moving water environment.Based on the empty bottom intake goupitan hydropower station,goupitan hydropower station tail water of the south slope as the typical applica⁃tion scenarios,research is applicable to similar to the bottom hole deep,the tail water dynamic water environment of underwater inspection technology,with multi-beam sonar,scanning sonar,underwater unmanned coupled device and other new technology as the backing,break through the limitations of traditional underwater explored technology,add new means for health diagnosis of hydraulic structures.
