摘要
环境监测实验室管理系统是基于ISO/IEC17025标准及重庆市生态监测中心质量体系文件进行的设计,实现从任务下达、现场采样、样品交接、实验室分析、数据审核、监测报告制作、报告审核、报告签发、档案归档等全过程的信息化管理。规范了环境监测业务流程,实现人、机、料、法、环等资源的全面管理。该系统在重庆市生态环境监测中心的应用,不仅极大地提高了工作人员的工作效率,还使管理者的管理更科学、更高效。
The environmental monitoring laboratory management system is designed based on ISO/IEC17025 standard and the quality system documents of Chongqing ecological monitoring center. It realizes the information management of the whole process from task assignment, on-site sampling, sample handover, laboratory analysis, data audit, monitoring report preparation, report audit, report issuance, archives archiving and so on. Standardize the business process of environmental monitoring and realize the comprehensive management of human, machine, material, law, environment and other resources. The application of the system in Chongqing ecological environment monitoring center not only greatly improves the work efficiency of staff, but also makes the management of managers more scientific and efficient.
