摘要 目的为满足临床质量控制的需求,设计一种气压弹道式冲击波治疗仪穿透深度检测系统实现对冲击波治疗仪的最大穿透深度参数的准确测量。方法根据压力波近场线性模型,结合激光测距传感器和电阻应变式传感器技术测量设备治疗穿透深度和脉宽等参数。结果将开发的检测系统测量结果与行业标准中所述检测方法的测量结果进行对比,说明检测系统满足实际应用要求。结论本文设计出的检测系统很好地达到了冲击波治疗仪穿透深度测量的功能,有助于对其进行质量评价。 Objective In order to meet the needs of clinical quality control,a pneumatic ballistic shock wave therapy instrument penetration depth detection system is designed to achieve accurate measurement of the maximum penetration depth parameter of the shock wave therapy instrument.Methods According to the pressure wave near-field linear model,combined with the laser ranging sensor and resistance strain pressure sensor technology,the treatment penetration depth and pulse width of the device were calculated.Results The measurement results of the developed detection system were compared with those of the detection method described in the industry standard,indicating that the detection system meets the requirements of practical application.Conclusion The detection system designed in this paper achieves the function of measuring the penetration depth of the shock wave therapy instrument,which is helpful for its quality evaluation.
