摘要
为解决石油在储运过程的损耗问题,对石油储运过程中的损耗成因及影响因素进行了阐述。影响石油出现损耗现象的主要因素:液体的性质、环境条件及储存罐结构等。常用的石油储罐:固定顶储罐及浮顶储罐,固定顶储罐内混合气体的温度、压力及浓度可随着外界环境的变化而变化,且在作业收发过程中易造成动液面出现损耗现象;浮顶储罐的多方面性能均优于固定顶储罐,可最大限度地降低“大小呼吸”产生的废气,且浮顶储罐的石油蒸发损耗量较小。最终选用浮顶储罐作为石油的储存场所。
In order to solve the problem of oil loss in the process of storage and transportation,the causes and influencing factors of oil loss in the process of storage and transportation are described in detail.The main factors affecting oil loss are the properties of liquid,environmental conditions and storage tank structure.The commonly used oil storage tanks are fixed roof storage tank and floating roof storage tank.The temperature,pressure and concentration of the mixed gas in the fixed top storage tank can change with the change of the external environment,and it is easy to cause the loss of the moving liquid surface in the process of receiving and receiving.The performance of floating top storage tank is better than that of fixed top storage tank in many aspects,which can reduce the exhaust gas generated by“big and small breathing”to the greatest extent,and the oil evaporation loss of floating top storage tank is small,so the floating top storage tank is finally selected as the storage place of oil.
