摘要
病害严重影响了荞麦(Fagopyrum esculentum)的产量和品质,为明确荞麦主要病害的防治药剂,本研究以甘肃省荞麦的6种靶标病原菌和7种高效低毒的杀菌剂为研究对象,研究了杀菌剂对病原菌菌丝生长的抑制作用。结果表明,对链格孢叶斑病(Alternaria alternata)、葡萄孢灰霉病(Botrytis cinerea)、葡萄孢斑点病(Botrytis polygoni)、离蠕孢叶枯病(Bipolaris zeae)、轮斑病菌(Didymella rhei)和匍柄霉褐斑病(Stemphylium vesicarium)病菌菌丝生长抑制作用最强的杀菌剂分别为80%代森锰锌(EC_(50):0.030 4 mg·L^(-1))、80%多菌灵(EC_(50):0.049 0 mg·L^(-1))、80%代森锰锌(EC_(50):0.052 5 mg·L^(-1))、20%苯甲·咪鲜胺(EC_(50):0.041 8 mg·L^(-1))、 40%嘧霉胺(EC_(50):0.068 4 mg·L^(-1))和80%代森锰锌(EC_(50):0.010 5 mg·L^(-1))。80%代森锰锌对其中5种病原菌(链格孢叶斑病菌、灰霉病菌、葡萄孢斑点病菌、轮斑病菌和匍柄霉褐斑病菌)都表现出了较强的抑制作用。本研究筛选了甘肃荞麦病害的防治药剂,为荞麦病害的绿色防控提供了一定的参考价值。
Fungal diseases are a serious threat to buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum), affecting its yield and quality. This study aimed to determine the role of fungicides in preventing the most prevalent diseases of buckwheat in Gansu Province.For this purpose, the inhibitory effect of seven types of high-efficiency and low-toxicity fungicides on the mycelial growth of six targeted pathogens was studied. The results showed that 80% mancozeb(EC_(50): 0.030 4 mg·L^(-1)), 80% carbendazim(EC_(50):0.049 0 mg·L^(-1)), 80% mancozeb(EC_(50): 0.052 5 mg·L^(-1)), 20% difenoconazole·prochloraz(EC_(50): 0.041 8 mg·L^(-1)), 40%pyrimethanil(EC_(50): 0.068 4 mg·L^(-1)), and 80% mancozeb(EC_(50): 0.010 5 mg·L^(-1)) had the strongest inhibitory effect on mycelial growth of pathogens such as Alternaria alternata, Botrytis cinerea, Botrytis polygoni, Bipolaris zeae, Hedymella rhei, and Stemphylium vesicarium, respectively. In addition, 80% mancozeb showed the highest inhibitory effect against five pathogens: Alternaria alternata, Botrytis cinerea, Botrytis polygoni, Didymella rhei, and Stemphylium vesicarium. This study provides comprehensive information on types of control agents and preventive fungicides as well as reference values for disease prevention and green buckwheat production.
