光纤激光垂直加工连杆裂解槽装备设计

摘要 设计安装了一台激光加工连杆裂解槽设备,提出了一种脉冲光纤激光加工胀断连杆裂解槽的新方法,采用上料与加工同步的双工位工作台,激光头360°旋转以0°入射角对叠加放置的多个连杆大头孔内壁同时进行裂解槽加工,提高了加工质量和效率又保障了安全生产。 A laser processing equipment of connecting rod cracking groove is designed and installed,and a new method of pulsed fiber laser processing of expanding and breaking connecting rod cracking groove is proposed.A double working table with feeding and processing synchronization is adopted.The laser head rotates 360°to carry out cracking groove processing on the inner wall of the large hole of multiple connecting rods placed superposed at 0°incident Angle.Improve the processing quality and efficiency and ensure the safety of production.
