摘要
在“十四五”规划期间大数据产业快速发展的背景下,构建专题地理信息数据库对于打通数据壁垒、推进数据共建共享具有重要实践意义。本文以行业应用为导向,依托基础测绘数据、普查调查成果和行业专项资料等多源数据,归纳了专题地理信息数据建设的技术方法体系,初步开展了案例应用,提出了数据分析服务的应用方向,力争为北京市空间基础数据底板、智慧城市“一张图”建设和专题应用场景分析等工作提供基础数据支撑,为决策制定提供参考依据。
In the context of the rapid development of big data industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the construction of thematic geographic information database is of great practical significance to break down data barriers and promote data co-construction and sharing.Guided by industry application and relying on multi-source data such as basic surveying and mapping data,census and survey results and industry special data,this paper summarized the technical method system of thematic geographic information data construction,preliminarily carried out case applications,put forward the application direction of data analysis service,and strived to provide basic data support for Beijing spatial database,smart city"one map"construction and special application scenario analysis,as well as provide reference basis for decision making.
