摘要
动力电池相变控温材料研发作为动力电池热管理技术中的一个分支,近年来逐渐成为一个研究热点。定型封装、导热增强和减小与电池单体表面间的接触热阻是动力电池相变控温材料研发过程中需同时解决的三方面问题。分析了近些年国内外关于这三方面问题的研究现状,指出开发高导热柔性定型相变材料是同时解决这些问题的有效方法,柔性基体选择及平衡热导率与相变潜热之间的关系是高导热柔性定型相变材料研发中需解决的关键问题。
As a branch of power battery thermal management technology, the R&D of phase change temperature control materials(PCTCM) for power battery has gradually become a research hotspot in recent years.There are three problems need to be solved simultaneously in the development process of PCTCM for power batteries, which are respectively the shape stable packaging, enhancing thermal conductivity and reducing the contact thermal resistance between the PCTCM with the cell’s surface.Based on the analysis of the research status of these three issues at home and abroad in recent years, it was pointed out that the development of flexible shaped phase change materials with high thermal conductivity was an effective method to solve these problems at the same time.To select flexible matrix and to balance the relationship between thermal conductivity and phase change latent heat were the key problems to be solved in the R&D of flexible phase change materials with high thermal conductivity.
