摘要
目的:分析老年肺结核患者对抗结核药物的不良反应。方法:选取东莞市第六人民医院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的60岁以上肺结核患者53例作为观察组,另选择同期18 ~ 59岁中青年肺结核患者53例作为对照组,所有患者均采用抗结核药物治疗方案,观察两组患者用药后的不良反应出现时间及发生率并进行分析。结果:观察组患者用药后高尿酸血症、药物性肝损害、胃肠道等不良反应的出现时间均短于对照组,且不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年肺结核患者对抗结核药物的不良反应发生率处于较高水平,治疗过程中应当更加注意合理用药。
Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of Antituberculous drugs in the treatment of the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB).Methods Fifty-three patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged over 60 years from October 2019 to in Dongguan Sixth People’s Hospital October 2020 were selected as the observation group,and fifty-three patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged from 18 to 59 years at the same time as the control group,all patients were treated with tuberculosis management,and the time and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed.Results The occurrence time of hyperuricemia,drug-induced liver injury and gastrointestinal tract in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse drug reactions of antituberculous drugs in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is at a high level,and more attention should be paid to the rational use of drugs in the course of treatment.
