局部线性在方波上升时间和下降时间测量中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 方波在数字系统和控制系统中都有很重要的作用.信号源输出方波的沿是最陡峭的,用有限的软硬件平台去测量方波信号源全频段的参数是很困难的,特别是上升时间和下降时间.基于FPGA和DSP测试平台,对信号源输出的方波进行全频段的等效时间采样,引入数学上“非线性问题在小范围内局部线性化”的处理方法实现对信号源方波上升时间和下降时间参数的精确测量,同时也测量了失真度.其中上升时间和下降时间可以精确到ns数量级,和高端示波器测量的结果基本一致.因此,采用局部线性和等效时间采样法是一种低成本、高精度的可行方法,对其他电子测量也有一定的参考价值. Square waves play an important role in digital systems and control systems.The edge of the square wave output by the signal source is the steepest.Therefore,it is very difficult to measure the parameters of the full frequency band of the square wave signal source with a limited software and hardware platform,especially the rising-time and falling-time.Based on the FPGA and DSP test platform,we perform full-frequency equivalent time sampling on the square wave output by the signal source,and introduce the processing of“local linearization of nonlinear problems in a small range”in mathematics to realize the measuring of rising-time and falling-time of the square wave output by the signal source,while also accurately measuring the distortion.Among them,the rising-time and falling-time can be accurate to the order of nanosecond,which is basically consistent with the results measured by high-end oscilloscopes.Therefore,the local linearity as well as the equivalent time sampling method is a feasible method with low-cost and high-precision,which has certain reference value for other electronic measurements.
