摘要
四方晶系的钼酸盐是有效的自激活发光材料,但常用的制备方法高温固相法会造成产物团聚不均匀等缺点.通过一步水热法制备具有良好结晶性且形貌均一的NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2)荧光粉.详细探讨前驱体溶液的酸碱度对晶体结构和形貌的影响.研究表明当pH>3.5后产品均为纯的四方晶相,且在pH=5.5时呈均匀球状.通过调节NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2)中Tb^(3+)/Eu^(3+)离子的掺杂浓度,可以获得绿、黄绿、黄和红橙等多种不同颜色的光.能量传递过程主要表现为电偶极-四极相互作用.变温荧光测试数据显示铕铽共掺的NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2)具有很好的温度稳定性.以上结果表明,此荧光粉有望成为具有优异性能的多色可调荧光材料.
Tetragonal molybdate is an effective self-activated luminescent material.However,synthesizing by high-temperature solid-state techniques may cause the agglomeration and uneveness of the products.In this paper,crystallized NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2)microcrystals with uniform morphologies were successfully prepared via a facile hydrothermal method.The influence of pH on the structure and morphology of NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2)was discussed in detail.The results show that the products demonstrated pure tetragonal structure with the pH value higher than 3.5,and uniform microsphere can be obtained at pH=5.5.By adjusting the relative doping concentration of Tb^(3+) and Eu^(3+) ions in NaLa(MoO_(4))_(2),the different colors,i.e.,green,green-yellow,yellow and orange can be acquired.The energy transfer mechanism is demonstrated to be the dipole-quadrupole interaction,while the temperature-dependent luminescence properties show that the thermal stability of phosphor is excellent.These results indicate that these phosphors might have potential applications in tunable fluorescent materials.
