摘要
目的:分析2008〜2018年我国社区居家养老服务供给的变化趋势与空间分布格局,为优化养老资源配置提供科学依据:方法:运用描述性分析方法分析我国社区居家养老服务供给变化趋势,采用空间自相关分析方法分析我国社区居家养老服务供给的空间分布格局结果:2008〜2018年,我国社区居家养老服务供给强度由0.57上升至1.82,供给覆盖率由26.10%上升至62.02%;社区居家养老服务供给水平整体呈现东部地区较高的态势;社区居家养老服务供给呈愈发聚集态势,局部供给不均衡、结论:政府应加快资源整合,强化需求识别,缩小地区差异,推动社区居家养老服务高质量发展。
Objective To analyze the changing trend and spatial distribution pattern of home and community-based pension services provision in China from 2008 to 2018,and provide a scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of resources for the elderly care.Methods Descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the changing trends of the home and community-based pension services provision in China,and spatial autocorrelation analysis method was used to analyze the spatial distribution pattern of the home and community-based pension services provision.Results From 2008 to 2018,the provision intensity of home and community-based pension services in China rose from 0.57 to 1.82,and the provision coverage rate rose from 26.10% to 62.02%.The overall provision level of home and community-based pension services showed a higher trend in the eastern region.The provision of home and community-based pension services showed an increasingly spatial clusters,with local unbalanced character.Conclusion It is suggested for the government to accelerate the integration of resources,strengthen demand identification,reduce regional differences,and promote the high-quality development of home and community-based pension services.
