不同形态硒肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为促进富硒马铃薯的研发,本试验以本地主栽马铃薯品种‘尤金’为试材,采用叶面喷施的方式在块茎膨大的前期、中期、后期进行富硒试验,设置4种硒肥处理,分别为对照处理(清水)、有机硒800 mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1)、有机硒1000 mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1)、纳米硒900 mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1),测定不同硒肥形态对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。结果表明:有机硒和纳米硒与对照组在大薯数、大薯重、商品薯率、株数、产量上没有显著差异。虽然有机硒处理的马铃薯匍匐茎长要比对照组处理的匍匐茎更长,但并没产生明显影响,而纳米硒处理的匍匐茎长与对照组相差不大。施用生物纳米硒对提高马铃薯块茎干物质含量、淀粉含量有一定的促进作用并可减少马铃薯的小薯数与小薯重。通过叶面喷施方式有机硒在马铃薯块茎上的富硒效果更优于生物纳米硒,且在块茎膨大后期富硒效果优于块茎膨大的前中期。 In order to promote the research and development of selenium rich potatoes,in this experiment,the local main cultivar‘Youjin’was used to conduct selenium enrichment experiments in the early,middle and late stages of tuber expansion by spraying on the leaves.Four kinds of selenium fertilizer treatments were set up,namely control treatment(water),organic selenium 800 mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1),organic selenium 1000 mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1) and nano selenium mL·(667 m^(2))^(-1).To determine the effects of different selenium fertilizer forms on potato yield and quality.The results showed that the number and weight of big potatoes.There was no significant difference in commercial potato rate,plant number and yield.Although the stolon length of potato treated with organic selenium was longer than that of the control group,it had no significant effect,and the stolon length of potato treated with nano selenium was not different from that of the control group.The application of biological nano selenium could improve the dry matter content and starch content of potato tubers,and reduce the number and weight of small potatoes.The selenium enrichment effect of organic selenium on potato tubers by foliar spraying was better than that of biological nano selenium,and the selenium enrichment effect was better than that in the early and middle stages of tuber expansion.
