摘要
以一锅两步法和一锅一步法为切入点,综述了不同糖类原料通过5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)路线转化为2,5-呋喃二甲酸(FDCA)的研究进展情况,围绕果糖在单一溶剂体系和多相溶剂体系合成FDCA的一锅两步法进行了介绍,指出了利用低廉原料和高效催化剂提升一锅法的竞争优势。
2,5-Furandicarboxylic acid(FDCA)is an important bio-based monomer with broad market prospect because of its similar aromaticity as the important petroleum-based terephthalic acid(PTA).Taking the one-pot two-step method and the one-pot one-step method as the starting point,the research progress of conversion of different sugars to FDCA through 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)route was reviewed.The one pot two-steps method of FDCA from fructose in single phase solvent system and multiphase solvent system are highlighted.Finally,using low-cost raw materials and high-efficiency catalyst is suggested to improve the competitive advantage of the one-pot method.
