摘要
采用丙烯酰胺与聚乙二醇的缩合产物作为交联剂,以丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺为单体,在体系中加入聚酯纤维作为增强剂,合成了一种聚合物纤维球调剖剂。结果表明,其吸水膨胀速率在5 h内最快,30 h达到稳定,耐温性可达100℃,耐盐性可达50 g/L,且Al^(3+)对其强度影响最大;岩心驱替试验结果表明其注入性良好,封堵率达到93%以上,模拟地层水冲刷50 PV后封堵率仍高于85%。该调剖剂具有良好的性能,纤维的加入还可实现二次封堵的作用,能够满足预期设计。
A polymer fiber ball profile control agent was synthesized using the condensation product of acrylamide and polyethylene glycol as crosslinking agent,acrylic acid and acrylamide as monomers,and adding polyester fibers as a reinforcing agent to the system.Through performance evaluation,it was found that its water swelling rate was the fastest within 5 h,reached stability within 30 h,temperature resistance up to 100℃,salt resistance up to 50 g/L,and Al^(3+)had the greatest influence on its strength.The plugging performance and washing out resistance of the polymer were also tested by core flow test.The results showed that the injection performance of the polymer sample is good,and the plugging rate is over 93%.The plugging rate is still higher than 85%after 50 PV washing out of simulated formation water.Therefore,it can be seen that the prepared profile control agent has good performance,and the addition of fibers can also achieve the effect of secondary plugging,which can meet the expected design.
