摘要
采用控制改变反应物浓度以及反应温度,针对于蔗糖作为还原剂来生产制备二氧化氯,对于参与反应的各个反应物进行了相关动力学研究,并确定了各种反应物的反应速率常数和反应级数,得出反应物级数都较低,反应活化能较小,该反应容易进行。该动力学研究为实现工业化生产奠定了理论基础。
This article uses control to change the concentration of reactants and reaction temperature, aiming at sucrose as a reducing agent to produce chlorine dioxide, relevant kinetic studies have been carried out for each reactant involved in the reaction, and the reaction rate constant and reaction order of various reactants are determined.The numbers are low, the reaction activation energy is small, and the reaction is easy to proceed, laying a theoretical foundation for the realization of industrial production.
