摘要
海外非战争军事行动档案是军队发展历程的记忆剪影,又是军队档案的重要组成部分。随着海外非战争军事行动任务的增多,档案管理工作面临新的任务和挑战。结合海外非战争军事行动实践与档案管理基础理论,深入研究海外非战争军事行动档案管理工作,这既是军队档案管理研究的重要研究课题,又对聚焦实战,提升执行海外行动的能力具有现实意义。
Archives of overseas military operations other than war are a memory of military development and an important part of military archives.With the increase of the tasks of overseas military operations other than war,the supply of archives management manifests many new characteristics,disciplines and objectives.Combining with the practice of such overseas military operations and the basic theory of archives management,this paper gives an in-depth discussion of the archives management of these operations,which is an important research topic of military archives case management that has more practical significance to actual combat and to conducting overseas operations.
