某儿童医院静脉用药调配中心非整支粉针剂精准配制药液量变化探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)非整支粉针剂的精准配制提供合理的稀释溶媒量参考。方法:通过模拟实际药品稀释过程,采用精确的测量方法,通过统计分析得出合理的稀释溶媒量。结果:总结我院常用54种粉针剂的稀释溶媒量,得出如下规律:精准配制后,剂量<0.40 g的粉针剂药液增量为0,剂量0.40~0.60 g药液增量0.3 mL,剂量1.00~1.20 g药液增量0.6 mL,剂量1.50~2.25 g药液增量1.0 mL。结论:粉针剂的精准稀释有一定的规律,通过引入相对误差分析,能得出更合理的稀释溶媒量,有利于儿童医院PIVAS的精准调配。 Objective:To provide reference for rational amount of dilution solvent for precise dispensing of non-integral powder injection in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods:By simulating the actual process of drug dilution and using accurate measurement methods,the rational amount of dilution solvent was obtained through statistical analysis.Results:The amount of dilution solvent for 54 kinds of powder commonly used in our hospital was summarized.The following rules were obtained:the liquid volume of powder injection drugs with dose<0.40 g increased by 0 after dispensing;the liquid volume of powder injection drugs with dose from 0.40 to 0.60 g increased by 0.3 mL after dispensing;the liquid volume of powder injection drugs with dose from 1.00 to 1.20 g increased by 0.6 mL after dispensing,the liquid volume of powder injection drugs with dose from 1.50 to 2.25 g increased by 1.0 mL after dispensing.Conclusion:The precise dilution of powder injection has a certain rule.By introducing relative error analysis,a more rational amount of dilution solvent can be obtained,which is conducive to the precise dispensing in PIVAS of the children’s hospital.
