摘要
高位钻孔瓦斯抽放是治理采空区瓦斯最常用的技术。常规设计手段通过Excel计算钻孔参数,采用CAD绘制钻孔图形,没有考虑煤层赋存的变化情况,效率低、精度差。针对高位钻孔设计难题,分析了设计要求和约束条件,设计了计算机设计算法和流程,并且借助GIS平台二次开发实现了高位钻孔设计软件。现场试验表明,高位钻孔自动化设计提高了效率,减轻了人员工作量。高位钻孔自动化设计模式为其他钻孔类型的自动设计提供了思路和方法。
Gas drainage from high-level borehole is the most commonly used technology to control gas in goaf.Conventional design method calculates drilling parameters by Excel,and draws drilling graphics by CAD,without considering the change of coal seam occurrence,which is inefficient and poor in accuracy.Aiming at the design difficult problems of high-level drilling,the design requirements and constraints were analyzed,and the computer design algorithm and process were designed.With the secondary development of GIS platform,the high-level drilling design software was realized.The field test shows that the automatic design of high-level drilling improves the efficiency and reduces the workload of personnel.The automatic design mode of high-level drilling provides ideas and methods for the automatic design of other drilling types.
