摘要
彭阳县平安大桥为跨径(30+50×3+30)m的双飞燕式系杆拱桥,该大桥采用满堂支架现浇法进行施工,即先搭设及预压满堂支架后现浇拱圈并在拱上支架上现浇立柱及桥面板,系杆张拉穿插在相应施工阶段。在该桥施工中,利用有限元软件MIDAS CIVIL进行预拱度分析,结合支架预压相关数据合理设置预拱度;分析不同支架脱架方案,以改善拱圈在结构自重、收缩徐变、施工阶段荷载共同作用下的不利受力问题;系杆采用二批次张拉方案,第一批系杆在桥面板现浇完成并达到设计强度后进行张拉,第二批系杆在二期铺装完成后进行张拉。该桥成桥后的结构线形及桥梁结构内力均满足设计要求。
Pengyang County Pingan Bridge is a double-flying swallow-style tied arch bridge with a span of(30+50×3+30)m.The bridge adopts the full-frame cast-in-place method for construction,that is,the full-frame bracket is first erected and pre-compressed and then the arch ring is cast in-situ And cast in-situ columns and bridge decks on the brackets on the arch,and the tie rods are stretched and interspersed in the corresponding construction stage.During the construction of the bridge,the finite element software MIDAS CIVIL was used to analyze the pre-camber,combined with the support pre-compression data to set the pre-camber reasonably;analyze different support de-elevation schemes to improve the weight of the arch in the structure,shrinkage and creep,and construction Unfavorable forces under the combined action of stage loads;the tie rods adopt a two-batch tensioning scheme.The first batch of tie rods will be stretched after the bridge deck is cast in place and reach the design strength,and the second batch of tie rods will be laid in the second phase.Stretch after installation.After the bridge is completed,the structural alignment and internal force of the bridge structure meet the design requirements.
