不同山生柳无性系低温胁迫的生理响应及抗寒性比较 被引量:2

摘要 为探究不同山生柳无性系在低温胁迫下叶片生理指标的变化,了解各山生柳无性系的耐寒性差异,本研究以青海不同地区山生柳的11个无性系(T10、T15、G25、T11、Q43、T3、G23、T20、T17、G21、G24)为供试材料,在不同温度下进行低温胁迫试验,测定各无性系叶片的生理指标,运用隶属函数法对各无性系的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:在低温胁迫处理下,各无性系叶片的SOD活性变化存在一定差异,其中G25和T3的SOD活性在整个低温处理过程中处于较高水平;各山生柳无性系叶片可溶性蛋白含量的变化分为两种:一种是先升高后降低,另一种表现为先降低后升高再降低;各山生柳无性系叶片的MDA含量变化基本一致,表现为先降低后升高的趋势。运用隶属函数法综合评价11个山生柳无性系的抗寒性,得出大通宝库南山的T10、大通阳山毛亥托口的T15以及班玛县赛格段的G25耐寒性较强。该研究可为青海高海拔地区城镇植树提供科学依据。 In order to explore the variations of leaf physiological indexes of differentSalix oritrepha Schneid.clones under low temperature stress and understand its difference of cold resistance,11 clones(T10,T15,G25,T11,Q43,T3,G23,T20,T17,G21 and G24)ofSalix oritrephaSchneid.in different areas of Qinghai are used as test materials in this paper for low temperature stress test at different temperatures.The physiological indexes of leaves of each clone are measured as well.The cold resistance of each clone is comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.The results show that there are some differences in the variations of SOD activity in leaves of all clones under low temperature stress.The SOD activity of G25 and T3 is at a high level during the process of low temperature stress;the variations of soluble protein content in leaves are divided into two kinds.One is to increase first and then decrease.The other is to decrease first,then increase and finally decrease;the content of MDA in the leaves ofSalix oritrephaSchneid.clones decreases first and then increases during the process.It can be seen that T10 of Datong Baoku South mountain,T15 of Datong Yang mountain maohaitokou and G25 of Saige section in Banma county have strong cold resistance on the basis of cold resistance of 11 Salix oritrephaSchneid.clones comprehensively evaluated by membership function method.This study can provide ascientific basis for urban tree planting in high altitude areas of Qinghai.
