摘要
气味扫描仪作为一种模拟人的鼻子的气体传感器,是食品行业中一种新型的无损检测方法。同时,作为一种强大的分析工具,气味扫描仪具有成本低、分析速度快、结果准确等优点,能够有效监测食品加工和检测最终产品质量,与传统的检测方法相比,其在食品质量评估方面显示了巨大的前景和实用性。本文介绍了气味扫描仪的工作原理、结构组成及在食品质量检测中应用,以期为气味扫描仪在食品行业中应用提供参考。
Odor scanner as a simulated human nose gas sensor,is a new nondestructive detection method in the food industry.At the same time,as a powerful analysis tool,odor scanner has the advantages of low cost,fast analysis speed and accurate results,and can effectively monitor food processing and detect the quality of final products.Compared with traditional detection methods,it shows great promise and utility in food quality evaluation.The working principle,structural composition of the odor scanner and its application in food quality detection were introduced in this paper,in order to provide reference for the application of odor scanner in food industry.
