摘要
目的研究不同减压时间对经桡动脉介入术后患者舒适度的影响。方法选取台山市人民医院心血管二科2020年1~12月期间收治的80例需行经桡动脉介入术患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者术后采用常规减压护理,观察组患者术后采用不同减压时间对患者进行护理。术后护理干预24 h后比较两组患者穿刺点的出血情况、视觉模拟(VAS)疼痛评分和护理舒适度。结果观察组和对照组患者穿刺点的出血率分别为5.00%,7.50%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后护理疼痛评分为(1.8±0.4)分,明显低于对照组的(2.6±0.3)分,术后护理总舒适度评分为(73.60±2.97)分,明显高于对照组的(61.25±1.98)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉介入术后患者采用不同减压时间进行护理,可明显降低患者术后疼痛,且能显著改善患者的舒适度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of different decompression time on comfort of patients after transradial intervention.Methods A total of 80 patients who admitted to Second Department of Cardiology,Taishan People's Hospital for transradial intervention from January to December 2020,were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group received routine decompression for postoperative nursing,and the patients in the observation group received postoperative nursing at different decompression times.After 24 hours of postoperative nursing intervention,the bleeding at the puncture point,visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score,and nursing comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The bleeding rates of puncture points in the observation group and the control group were 5.00%and 7.50%,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the postoperative nursing pain score of the study group was(1.8±0.4)points,which was significantly lower than(2.6±0.3)points of the control group(P<0.05);the total comfort score of the study group was(73.60±2.97)points,which was significantly higher than(61.25±1.98)points of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of patients with different decompression time after radial artery intervention can significantly reduce the postoperative pain of patients and significantly improve the comfort of patients,which has clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
