摘要
新能源汽车的快速发展使得车辆工程专业需要开设与电池相关的课程,但整车电池管理系统无法直观展示其工作原理,为此开发了一款基于单片机的电池管理系统(BMS)。以STC89C52型单片机为主控芯片,完成了信号采集、处理及显示等模块元器件的选取,开发了电池管理系统的硬件系统电路,实现了电池电压、电流和温度的实时测量,并且通过开路电压法和安时积分法实现对电池荷电状态的估算。经验证,系统各个部件能够稳定运行,可以达到帮助学生认识和理解BMS电池结构和功能的目的。
Due to the rapid development of new energy vehicles,battery related courses are required for the vehicle engineering major.However,as the battery energy management system of the whole vehicle cannot display its working principle intuitively,a battery energy management system based on single-chip microcomputer is developed,which uses STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip.The selection of components for signal acquisition,processing and display module is finished.Further,the hardware system circuit of the battery energy management system is developed.The battery voltage,current and temperature can be measured in real time.Moreover,the state of charge can be estimated through the open circuit voltage method and Ann integral method.The experiment results demonstrate that each part of the system can run stably,which is able to help students to understand the structure and function of the BMS.
