摘要
在数字资本主义阶段,数字劳动作为全新的劳动范式,虽然具备自由劳动的部分特征,但仍未摆脱异化命运。数字劳动异化生成于技术与资本的合谋,并掩盖于技术理性、景观霸权等虚幻假象之下。变革生产关系和树立新型技术观等手段,有助于在数字资本主义条件下避免劳动异化。中国应充分发挥社会主义制度优势,坚持以人民为中心的政治立场,强化数字经济基础设施建设,积极参与全球数字经济合作,着力完善数字经济法律体系,在数字经济成为改变全球竞争格局关键力量的背景下,探寻非异化数字劳动,发展中国特色社会主义数字经济。
In the era of digital capitalism,digital labor,as a new labor paradigm,although having some characteristics of free labor,still has not escaped the destiny of alienation.The digital labor alienation,which comes into being due to the combination of technology and capital,exists under the disguise of the illusion of technological rationality and landscape hegemony.In this sense,the reform of production relations and the shaping of new technological outlooks would be conducive to the avoidance of labor alienation under digital capitalism.To this end,China should give full play to the advantages of the socialist system,stick to the people-centered political stance,strengthen digital economy infrastructure construction,actively participate in global digital economy cooperation,strive to improve the legal system of digital economy and then strive to explore non-alienated digital labor and develop a socialist digital economy with Chinese characteristics in the context of the digital economy becoming a key force in changing the global competitive landscape.
