摘要
我国的特奥组织及其活动是一个复杂的有机体,面对当前不断增多、规模各异的特奥主题活动,建立并健全特奥运动组织效能的评价体系是提升我国特奥运动发展的重要途径之一。而在特奥运动组织效能评价体系的确立过程中需遵循各项必要原则,为此,本文通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法从人本主义视角出发,根据特奥运动的独有组织特征,就构建特奥运动组织效能评价指标体系全过程所遵循的原则进行阐述,即指标遴选、体系构建、方法选择和结果运用四个方面进行系统全面论述。科学、合理地深入分析特奥运动的组织特征和效能评价原则,在一定程度上为有效实现特奥运动组织效能评价奠定理论基础,对于攻克当前特奥运动所呈现出“低水平、高泛滥”的困局,具有重大的现实意义。
China's Special Olympics organization and its activities are a complex organism.In the face of the increasing special olympics theme activities with different scales,establishing and improving the evaluation system of Special Olympics organization effectiveness is one of the important ways to improve the development of China's Special Olympics.In the process of establishing the organizational effectiveness evaluation system of the Special Olympics,we need to follow various necessary principles.Therefore,this paper expounds the principles followed in the whole process of constructing the organizational effectiveness evaluation index system of the Special Olympics from the humanistic perspective and according to the unique organizational characteristics of the Special Olympics through the methods of literature and logical analysis,that is,index selection,system construction Methods selection and results were discussed systematically and comprehensively from four aspects.A scientific and reasonable in-depth analysis of the organizational characteristics and effectiveness evaluation principles of the Special Olympics has laid a theoretical foundation for the effective implementation of the organizational effectiveness evaluation of the Special Olympics to a certain extent,and has great practical significance for overcoming the dilemma of"low level and high flooding"of the current Special Olympics.
