大型商场与轨道交通连接通道的施工工期优化

摘要 在先行建造的大型商场与轨道交通站房的连通通道施工中,针对场地狭小、结构连接复杂、工期紧张的难点,为加快施工进度、减少基坑变形,采取了优化围护结构和主体结构的形式、改变防水做法、优化施工方案、强化管理组织等措施,达到施工安全、进度高效的目的。相关的工期优化举措为类似地铁连接通道项目的施工提供了多种思路。 In the construction of the connecting channel between the large shopping mall and the rail transit station building built first,in view of the difficulties of narrow site,complex structural connection and tight construction period,in order to speed up the construction progress and reduce the deformation of foundation pit,the measures such as optimizing the form of retaining structure and main structure,changing waterproof practices,optimizing construction scheme and strengthening management organization are taken to achieve the purpose of construction safety and schedule efficiency.The relevant duration optimization measures provide a variety of ideas for the construction of similar subway connecting channel projects.
