摘要
基于绍兴北站T0D综合体项目(A区块)深基坑施工案例,针对其涉铁、涉水、地质条件复杂的情况,为确保深基坑施工的安全性,满足工期节点要求,将三轴水泥土搅拌桩坑内弱加固改为五轴水泥土搅拌桩坑内弱加固。结合项目实际应用情况,从施工方式、施工成本、施工工期等视角对比分析三轴水泥土搅拌桩和五轴水泥土搅拌桩2种施工工艺,得出五轴水泥土搅拌桩在成本、工期等方面更具有优势,满足项目要求。
Based on the construction case of deep foundation pit of TOD complex project of Shaoxing North Station(block A),in view of railway,water and complex geological conditions,to ensure the safety of deep foundation pit construction and meet the requirements of construction period nodes,the weak reinforcement in the three-axis cement soil mixing pile pit is changed to that in the five axis water soil mixing pile pit.Combined with the actual application of the project,from the perspective of construction mode,construction cost and construction period,the two construction processes of three-axis cement soil mixing pile and five axis cement soil mixing pile are compared and analyzed.It is concluded that the five axis cement soil mixing pile has more advantages in cost and construction period and meets the requirements of the project.
