通过陕西东庄施工供水项目逐级加压泵站高扬程自平衡多级离心泵安装技术的实践经验,从水泵和电机安装前的各项准备、安装顺序和泵联轴器与电机联轴器同轴度的校正安装技术,以及调试和运行整个过程施工实践经验进行总结说明,详细介绍联轴器同轴度和端面间隙检查校正简易快捷的方法,以便供后续类似工程项目安装人员参考借鉴。
The installation technology of Shaanxi Dongzhuang construction water supply project has practical significance.It uses a high-lift self-balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump of a step-by-step booster pump station.This article summarizes and explains the construction practice experience from the installation technology and the whole process of commissioning and operation.It includes the preparations before the installation of the pump and the motor,the installation sequence,and the correct installation technology for the coaxiality of the pump coupling and the motor coupling.This article introduces in detail the simple and quick method of checking and correcting the coaxiality and end gap of the coupling.It can be used as reference for follow-up similar project installers.
