摘要
习近平总书记在党的十九届五中全会上提出“推进社会主义文化强国建设”的科学论断和远景目标,丰富和发展了马克思恩格斯无产阶级政党关于文化建设和发展的理论,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。这一重要论述在理论之维遵循了马克思主义文化观的基本要求,涵养于中华优秀的传统文化、革命文化和社会主义先进文化之中;在原则之维坚持党性与人民性相统一、自主性和开放性相统一、时代性和创新性相统一;在价值之维增强了全民族的文化自觉和文化自信,实现了文化强国的远景目标,为人类文明发展提供正确的价值引领和目标导向。
In the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secre‐tary Xi Jinping put forward the scientific assertion and long-term goal of"promoting the building of a strong socialist cultural pow‐er",which enriches and develops the proletarian party's cultural construction and development of Marx and Engels,and is an impor‐tant part of Xi Jinping's theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This important exposition follows the basic requirements of Marxist cultural view in the theoretical dimension and is contained in Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolu‐tionary culture and advanced socialist culture;In the dimension of principle,we should adhere to the unity of the party spirit and the people's nature,the unity of autonomy and openness,and the unity of the times and innovation;In the dimension of value,it enhanc‐es the cultural consciousness and self-confidence of the whole nation,realizes the long-term goal of cultural power,and provides cor‐rect value guidance and goal orientation for the development of human civilization.
