摘要
中国共产党百年奋斗历程彰显了党的强大生命力和活力。百年大党保持长盛不衰的内在决定因素,是中国共产党保持着政治先进性、伦理纯洁性、机制开放性和权威引领性。其中,政治先进性在于指导思想和初心使命的先进与组织成员的先进性,伦理纯洁性在于不断从严治党保持了政党道德品质和良善政党伦理,机制开放性是由开放的科学理论、执政方略、组织制度保证了政党具备宏观有序结构和容错纠错能力;而领导核心的权威引领能够保证共同目标的实现,并促进自我完善,这些因素综合作用构成了百年大党不断自我革命的内在机理。
The centennial struggle of the Communist Party of China (CPC) shows its strong vitality.The decisive factor behind the century-long prosperity of the CPC as a major political party is that it maintains a political advanced nature,ethical purity,open mechanism and strong leadership.In detail,the political advanced nature is reflected in the advanced guiding thought and mission of the CPC as well as the advanced nature of the Party members.The ethical purity lies in upholding the Party’s moral character and good party ethics through constant strengthening of Party self-conduct.The open mechanism means that the open scientific theory,the ruling strategy and the organizational system can guarantee the Party’s orderly macro-structure and ability of fault tolerance and error correction.The significant guiding effect of the leadership core can ensure the realization of common goals and promote self-improvement.The comprehensive action of these factors constitutes the internal mechanism for the century-old Party’s continuous self-revolution.
