摘要
针对嵌入式计算机在使用过程中易受雷电、静电等过电压影响而使设备通讯接口等功能造成损坏问题,提出了一种嵌入式计算机三级防过电压设计方法,包括嵌入式计算机壳体屏蔽设计、高压去能电路设计和低压箝位电路设计,重点讨论了壳体屏蔽中导电密封条导电、屏蔽效果和安装要求,分析了高压去能电路和低压箝位电路中器件的选取和设计方法,并对三级防过电压设计中每一级的防护效果进行了分析。经实际应用证明,方法满足某系统防护要求、效果良好,具备工程上的可行性。
The embedded computer is easy to be affected by lightning,static electricity and other overvoltage during use,resulting in damage to the equipment communication interface and other functions.This paper presents a three stage protection design method of transient overvoltage for embedded computer,include shielding design of embedded computer shell,design of weaken high voltage energy and design of clamp low voltage amplitude,discuss the shielding effect,electric conduction effect and installation requirement of electric conduction weatherstrip,analyses the chip selection,design method in design of weaken high voltage energy and design of clamp low voltage amplitude,evaluate the effect of circuit design.The practical application prove this method having good effect for high voltage.
