摘要
首先分析了现有调度体系对调度数据的要求,从调度数据分类、调度数据流转以及调度数据交换3个方面进行了阐述。分析了基于IEC 61970组件接口规范,阐述了标准公共信息模型的构成,分析了CIM数据包的结构,建立了基于组件接口规范的调度管理系统架构。针对基于IEC 61970的调度数据接口进行了设计,分析了接口的实现方式,能够通过E文件对模型进行导入和导出,最后利用仿真软件分析了所提系统的有效性。
The existing scheduling system’s requirements for scheduling data are analyzed,and three aspects are elaborated,including classification,circulation and exchange of shceduling data.The component interface specification based on IEC 61970 is explained;the composition of the standard public information model is established;the structure of the CIM data packet is analyzed;a dispatch management system based on the component interface specification is built.A scheduling data interface based on IEC 61970 is designed,and the implementation of its interface is analyzed,which can import and export the model through the E file.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed system is analyzed by using simulation software.
