摘要
数字经济发展和智慧城市建设推动了养老服务模式的创新。借助统一的养老服务平台,将政府养老服务管理机构、养老服务需求方、市场服务供给方建立直接联系。由各方基本信息构成的基础数据和在平台上的活动行为数据,构建智慧养老服务大数据中心,并利用大数据技术为需求方提供自动推荐和主动筛选养老服务,为市场服务供给方提供市场需求分析与预测、精细化运营、个性化营销推荐服务。
The development of digital economy and the construction of smart cities have promoted the innovation of old-age service models.By means of the unified pension service platform,the government pension management institutions,pension service demand,market service suppliers can be established with a direct connection.Composed of the basic information based data and on the platform of the activity behavior data,wisdom endowment service large data center can be built,and the technology of data for the demand can be used to provide automatic recommendation and active screening of pension services,and provide market demand analysis and forecast,refined operation and personalized marketing recommendation services for market service providers.
