摘要
在碳中和、碳达峰大背景下,长输管道建设将迎来井喷式发展。作为重要的附属工程,长输管道地面工程项目造价超支现象普遍。长输管道地面工程项目的造价管理受项目全寿命周期内各因素影响。基于扎实的理论分析、定量实证研究,本研究旨在运用大数据分析方法识别影响长输管道地面工程造价管理的关键因素。研究发现,材料管理是影响长输管道地面建设工程项目造价管理的最主要原因,其他主要因素还包括自然条件、管道频繁变更、范围界定等。结合相关研究,文章提出了改善长输管道地面建设工程项目造价管理的政策建议,以助力于整体完善和提升行业造价管理实践、服务国家行业区域大战略。
Under the background of carbon neutrality and carbon peak,the construction of long-term transmission pipeline will usher in a blowout development.As an important auxiliary project,the cost of overruns of long transmission pipeline ground engineering projects is common.The cost management of the long transmission pipeline ground engineering project is affected by various factors in the whole life cycle of the project.Based on the solid theoretical analysis and quantitative empirical research,this study aims to use the big data analysis methods to identify the key factors affecting the ground engineering cost management of the long-distance pipeline.The study found that material management is the most important reason affecting the cost management of long-term transmission pipeline ground construction projects,and other main factors also include natural conditions,frequent pipeline changes,scope definition,etc.Combined with relevant research findings,the article puts forward policy suggestions to improve the cost management of long-term pipeline ground construction projects,so as to help improve and improve the industry cost management practice and serve the national industry regional strategy.
