双曲面斜交网格筒相贯节点受力性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on load-carrying capacity of CHS X-joints in rhombic grid hyperboloid-latticed shells

摘要 双曲面斜交网格筒由两方向斜柱交叉编织构成,在一个方向斜柱全长贯通(称为主斜柱),另一个方向斜柱在节点处断开(称为次斜柱),二者相交处采用相贯焊接连接。以中国动漫博物馆工程双曲面斜交网格筒柱为研究对象,基于节点破坏不先于双曲面斜交网格筒破坏的设计原则,设计制作相贯节点模型,对双曲面斜交网格筒中采用的圆管相贯节点的破坏模式和承载力进行试验研究,对比分析未加强节点和主管内设置一字形加劲板加强节点的承载性能,结果表明,设置一字形加劲板对节点承载力有加强作用,但制作工艺复杂,综合经济效益不佳。通过有限元软件ANSYS建立圆管相关节点试件模型对试验进行模拟分析,验证了有限元模型的可靠性。分别建立圆管相贯节点和双曲面斜交网格筒的有限元模型,研究次主斜柱的壁厚比对圆管相贯节点承载性能和双曲面斜交网格筒稳定性能的影响,结果表明,通过合理设置次主斜柱壁厚比(0.46~0.70),可以避免次斜柱的屈服破坏和节点的过早破坏。 The rhombic grid hyperboloid-latticed shell(RGHLS)is composed of bidirectional inclined major and secondary columns that intertwine with one another to form the hyperboloid configuration.The major columns are designed as straight members without any segmentation from the bottom to the top of the RGHLS,whereas the secondary columns are segmented and welded to the major columns through full penetration butt welds.The project of the China Cartoon&Animation Museum was taken as the research object.Based on the design principle that the CHS X-joints should be required to not fail prior to overall instability of the RGHLS,the failure mode and load resistance of CHS X-joints of the RGHLS were investigated experimentally.Comparative analysis of the load-carrying capacity of the CHS X-joint without and with a plate in the main tube was investigated.The results show that the plate in the main tube can strengthen the CHS X-joint but the complicated production process makes its economic benefits poor.Moreover,the finite element models of the CHS X-joint were established respectively by ANSYS and the accuracy of the FE models was verified by the numerical analysis of specimens in this test.The FE models of the CHS X-joint and RGHLS were established respectively to numerically explore the effect of the thickness ratio on the load-carrying of the CHS X-joint and the stability of the RGHLS.The results show that reasonable thickness ratio can avoid yield of the secondary columns and failure of the CHS X-joints.A reasonable range of the thickness ratio between the secondary and major columns is 0.46-0.70.
