摘要
“三农”问题是我国经济发展中的重要问题,要想解决农业增收、农村建设和农民生存问题就必须解决农村土地问题,而农村土地问题中土地流转又是十分重要的。文章主要通过分析平鲁区农村土地流转的现状与特点,对问卷调查的数据进行分析,得出影响平鲁区土地流转的主要因素,并对不同模式的土地流转方式进行研究,得出不同流转方式在不同显著因素下的具体影响程度,最后针对性地提出意见建议。
The problem of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is an important issue in China’s economic development.In order to solve the problems of increasing agricultural income, rural construction and farmers’ survival, we must solve the problem of rural land, and land circulation is very important in the problem of rural land. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and characteristics of rural land transfer in Pinglu District and the data of the questionnaire survey, obtains the main factors affecting land transfer in Pinglu District, and studies the ways of land transfer in different modes, then gets the specific influence degree of different transfer methods under different significant factors, and finally puts forward opinions and suggestions.
