摘要
目的研究微信公众平台在药物临床试验机构管理中的应用现状,为临床试验管理提供助力。方法通过微信客户端搜索功能查找已备案药物临床试验机构的微信公众平台,统计分析备案临床试验机构数量、构建微信公众平台的机构数量及微信公众平台菜单设置和应用情况。结果在1055家备案临床试验机构中构建微信公众平台的有142家,占比13.46%;临床试验机构备案制实施后新增的169家备案机构中,仅有8家(4.7%)构建了微信公众平台。微信公众平台在一、二级菜单的形式及内容设置上根据各机构运行管理的实际情况有所不同,涵盖了信息发布和各方互动等功能。结论药物临床试验机构构建微信公众平台的比率较低,在机构备案制下,微信公众平台在药物临床试验机构运行管理中具有广阔的应用前景和成长空间。
AIM To study the application of WeChat public platform in the operation and management of drug clinical trial institutions,so as to provide assistance for clinical trial management.METHODS Through the WeChat client search function,WeChat public platforms of registered drug clinical trial institutions were searched.The number of registered clinical trial institutions,the number of institutions building WeChat public platform,and the menu setting and application of WeChat public platform in drug clinical trial institutions were statistically analyzed.RESULTS Among the 1055 registered clinical trial institutions,142 constructed their WeChat public platforms,accounting for 13.46%.After the implementation of registration system of drug clinical trial institutions,only 8(4.7%)of the 169 new registered institutions have constructed a wechat public platform.According to the actual situation of operation and management of each institutions,the form and content of the first-level and second-level menus of institutional WeChat public platform were different,covering the functions of information release and interaction between different roles in the trial.CONCLUSION The proportion of drug clinical trial institutions building WeChat public platforms is low.In the background of institution registration system,WeChat public platform has broad application prospect and growth space in the operation and management of institution.
