中国页岩气腐蚀原因分析及防护措施讨论 被引量:3

摘要 页岩气具有低碳排放的优势,且中国页岩气资源储量居世界首位,是中国向清洁能源经济模式发展的战略选择,页岩气具有巨大的发展市场。随着页岩气的不断开采,地面集输系统腐蚀问题不断出现,严重影响了页岩气的正常生产。本文针对中国页岩气重点产能区域地面集输系统腐蚀案列进行分析,发现大部分页岩气田地面集输系统发生腐蚀穿孔的主要为硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)导致,CO_(2)的存在促进了点蚀的发展,同时,Cl-起到催化与促进点蚀的作用,最终导致集输管线腐蚀穿孔甚至断裂。为了有效遏制集输管线穿孔现象,需对加注缓释杀菌剂,并结合对集输管道涂敷防腐涂层,实现对集输管道腐蚀的有效控制。 Shale gas has the advantage of low carbon emissions,and China’s shale gas resource reserves rank first in the world.It is China’s strategic choice for the development of a clean energy economy model,and shale gas has a huge market for development.With the continuous exploitation of shale gas,corrosion problems of the ground gathering and transportation system continue to appear,which seriously affects the normal production of shale gas.This paper analyzes the corrosion cases of the ground gathering and transportation system in the key production areas of China’s shale gas.It is found that the corrosion perforation of the ground gathering and transportation system in most shale gas fields is mainly caused by sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB),and the presence of CO_(2) promotes the point.The development of corrosion,at the same time,Cl-plays the role of catalysis and promotion of pitting corrosion,which eventually leads to corrosion and perforation or even fracture of gathering and transportation pipelines.In order to effectively curb the perforation phenomenon of gathering pipelines,it is necessary to add slow-release bactericides,combined with the application of anti-corrosion coatings on gathering pipelines,to achieve effective control of the corrosion of gathering pipelines.
