摘要
目的利用创伤超声重点评估(FAST)仿真模型,探讨一种简单、高效、易行的FAST培训模式。方法将某舰艇编队救护所队员73人随机分成3组:模特组23人,FAST模型组25人,FAST模型加体表标记组(模型体标组)25人。在所有人员接受2学时共同理论+实例视频教学的学习后,各组分别以人体模特、FAST模型、FAST模型加体表标记进行实操练习。之后进行读图及实操考核,记录比较读图得分及实操考核时间。结果模特组读图得分(8.52±1.24)分,FAST模型组(8.88±1.20)分,FAST模型体标组(8.72±0.98)分,3组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模特组实操考核时间(4.40±0.81)min,FAST模型组(3.27±0.88)min,FAST模型体标组(1.95±0.54)min,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且3组间两两对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在军队非超声专业人员战伤急救培训中,FAST仿真模型具有较高的应用价值。在此基础上,按照体表定位标志流程化顺序检查更准确、快捷、高效,适合零基础入门级培训。
Objective To explore a simple,efficient and easy⁃to⁃use training method by using focused assessment with sonog⁃raphy for trauma(FAST)model.Methods 73 combat aid post personnel were randomly divided into 3 groups:the mannequin group(n=23),the FAST model group(n=25)and the FAST model+surface mark group(n=25).After 2 hours of theoretical teaching and mul⁃timedia ultrasonic image learning,each group did practical exercises with mannequins,FAST model and FAST model+surface mark.Then,image⁃reading and operational examinations were performed,and the scores of image⁃reading and the time scores of practical op⁃erations were recorded and compared.Results The scores of image⁃reading for the mannequin group,FAST model group and the FAST model+surface mark group were respectively(8.52±1.24)scores,(8.88±1.20)scores and(8.72±0.98)scores.No statistical significance could be seen when comparisons were made between them(P>0.05).The time scores for the 3 groups were consequently(4.40±0.81)min,(3.27±0.88)min and(1.95±0.54)min,and statistical significance could be noticed when comparisons were made between them(P<0.05).Statistical significance could also be found when comparisons were made between the 3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the combat first⁃aid training of non⁃ultrasonic professionals,the FAST simulation model displays a high application value.With it,the FAST model+surface mark method is more accurate,fast and efficient,and therefore,it is easily applicable to the training of new hands who are without any knowledge on ultrasonics.
