脂氧素A4在2型糖尿病及其并发症中的作用和机制 被引量:1

Role and mechanism of lipoxin A4 in type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications

摘要 脂氧素A4(lipoxin A4, LXA4)是体内重要的内源性脂质抗炎介质,来源于花生四烯酸(arachidonic acid, AA),具有抗炎作用。LXA4与糖代谢异常及相关靶器官受损密切相关。为此,本文就LXA4的生物学作用,及其在2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)和并发症中的研究进展进行综述,希望对2型糖尿病及其并发症的防治提供新的思路。 Lipoxin A4(LXA4), metabolites of arachidonic acid(AA), is one of the most important endogenous lipid mediators which initiate inhibition in inflammatory reaction. In recent years, it has been found that the LXA4 is tightly associated with the abnormal glucose metabolism and target organ damage.Therefore, this review discusses the biological function of LXA4 and its research progress in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) and its complications, hoping to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of T2 DM and its complications.
