摘要 提出一种基于参数灵敏度分析的转矩分离快速优化设计方法。建立永磁同步磁阻电机的参数化模型,采用多参数灵敏度分析方法,选出对电机优化目标影响较大的关键参数,通过构建响应面模型,选出最优结构尺寸参数。有限元验证了该方法的有效性,为该类复杂结构的永磁电机提供了一种快速设计优化方法。 A separation based on the parameter sensitivity analysis of torque fast optimization design method was proposed.Through the establishment of parametric models of the permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor,the parameter sensitivity analysis method was used,to select the key parameter of motor had a greater influence on the optimization goal.By constructing the response surface model,the optimal structure size parameters were selected.The reliability of the method was verified by the finite element analysis.A fast design optimization method was provided for the permanent magnet motor with complex structure.
