摘要
宋金之间的战争和社会动荡,严重打击了太平州的农业经济,导致该地区农业生产出现衰退。南宋朝廷为稳固政权、开辟财源和安顿民生,非常重视恢复和发展当地农业经济,因而投入大量财力、物力和人力,不仅加强太平州的圩田修筑和管理,而且为圩田建设提供多元化资金来源,为圩田农业发展提供良好基础。随着南宋政权逐渐稳定,社会经济得到恢复、发展,太平州圩田规模扩大,集约化经营,农业生产力水平高,进一步推进圩田经济发展。太平州的圩田经济在宋廷经济和财政上占据重要地位。
The war and social unrest between Song and Jin severely hit the agricultural economy of Taiping Prefecture, leading to a decline in agricultural production in the region. In order to stabilize the political power, open up financial resources and settle people’s livelihood, the Southern Song Dynasty attached great importance to the restoration and development of local agricultural economy. Therefore, it court invested a lot of financial resources, material resources and manpower to not only strengthen the construction and management of polder in Taiping Prefecture, but also provided diversified sources of funds for polder construction and a good foundation for the agricultural development of polder.With the gradual stability of the Southern Song regime and social and economic recovery and development, the scale of Taiping polder expanded, intensive operation and high agricultural productivity, which further promoted the economic development of polder. The polder economy of Taiping Prefecture occupies an important position in the economy and finance of the Song Dynasty.
