创伤性失血性休克两种输血方案对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨两种输血方案治疗创伤失血性休克的临床效果。方法:收集急诊收治于重症医学科的86例严重创伤失血性休克患者的完整临床资料,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用TEG指导的成分输血方案,对照组采用1∶1∶1高比例的RBC:FFP:PLT输血方案,比较两组患者的复苏达标用时及相关指标。结果:治疗组的血制品用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的复苏达标用时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高比例组复苏达标时的MAP、SBP、Hb、PLT值显著优于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:两种输血方案均能取得显著疗效,可根据血液资源充足与否灵活选用。
