摘要
目的:探讨急性脑血管疾病患者血清miR-7表达及其预后价值分析。方法:选取2017年2月-2019年2月我院收治的急性脑血管疾病患者60例,作为研究组,另选取同期健康者60例作为对照组。分析两组血清miR-7表达情况及研究组患者2年后的生存情况,分析急性脑血管患者预后相关因素。结果:研究组血清miR-7水平高于对照组,且研究组血清miR-7高表达率高于对照组(P<0.05);miR-7高表达患者生存率低于miR-7低表达患者(P<0.05);饮食不合理、高血压、组织分化程度较低、miR-7高表达是影响急性脑血管疾病患者独立危险因素。结论:miR-7在急性脑血管疾病患者中降低,饮食不合理、高血压、组织分化程度较低、miR-7高表达是急性脑血管疾病患者预后独立危险因素和预后价值分析。
Objective:To explore the serum miR-7(adjustable)expression and its prognostic value in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research group,and 60 healthy patients in the same period were selected as the control group.Analyze the expression of serum miR-7 in the two groups and the survival of patients in the study group after 2 years,and analyze the prognostic factors of acute cerebrovascular patients.Results:The level of serum miR-7 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the high expression rate of serum miR-7 in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The survival rate of patients with high miR-7 expression was significantly lower than that of patients with low miR-7 expression,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.344,P=0.037);Irrational diet,hypertension,low tissue differentiation,and high expression of miR-7 are independent risk factors that affect patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Conclusion:miR-7 is significantly reduced in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Irrational diet,hypertension,low tissue differentiation,and high expression of miR-7 are independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.It can be used for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.analysis of effective indicators and prognostic value of emergencies.
