摘要
液化天然气(LNG)在远洋运输、边远气田气体的利用、城市用天然气的调峰方面有管输天然气不可比拟的优点。近年来我国科学技术高速发展,在天然气液化生产过程中有许多先进技术及设备被大量投入使用,通过现代化技术的有效运用,为天然气液化效率的提高带来了非常积极的作用。因此,结合国内外实际生产运行的天然气液化装置,对液化天然气的工厂类型进行概述,同时针对新型天然气液化工艺流程进行了详细阐述,并对设备特点进行了深入分析。在进行天然气液化装置的生产运行过程中,应充分考虑原料天然气的来源和组成、市场需求以及装置类型的合理选择与优化,以选择最适宜的天然气液化工艺,更好地推动我国天然气液化装置产业化发展。
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) has incomparable advantages in pipeline transportation of natural gas in ocean transportation,gas utilization in remote gas fields,and peak shaving of urban natural gas.In recent years,the rapid development of science and technology in my country,many advanced technologies and equipment have been put into use in the natural gas liquefaction production process,and the effective use of modern technology has brought a very positive effect to the improvement of natural gas liquefaction efficiency.Therefore,combined with the actual production and operation of natural gas liquefaction equipment at home and abroad,the types of LNG plants are summarized,and the new natural gas liquefaction process is described in detail,and the characteristics of the equipment are analyzed in depth.It is pointed out that in the production and operation of natural gas liquefaction plants,the source and composition of raw natural gas,market demand,and reasonable selection and optimization of device types should be fully considered to select the most suitable natural gas liquefaction process and better promote natural gas liquefaction plants in my country Industrialization development.
